Sell, design and install solar without losing the job between systems.
Customer, survey, design, proposal, DNO application, equipment, installation evidence, handover and aftercare use one project record. The office and field team see the same job, the same next action and the same evidence gaps.
Unlimited customers, projects and installed assets

Named people retain technical and compliance decisions
Solar command centre
Start with what needs attention today.
Overdue sales actions, grid questions, upcoming visits, missing handover evidence and open service cases sit above the live pipeline. Select a number to open the records behind it.

The accepted proposal becomes the delivery plan.
Its chosen design, price, deposit and milestones follow the job into grid work, procurement, installation and margin reporting. A later variation adds a version instead of rewriting what the customer accepted.
Evidence before status
Survey, design, installation, commissioning and handover stages have explicit gates. Raq.com records who reviewed the work and what they relied on.
Sales and engineering
Quote from an approved design, not a copied number.
Survey facts, component choices and commercial assumptions remain visible beside generation, savings and payback. The customer sees a clear proposal, while the designer retains the technical record.
CRM and pipeline
Capture leads, assign owners, qualify work, control next actions, forecast weighted value and keep every call or status change with the project.
Site surveys
Schedule a survey, record supply, MPAN, consumption, roof faces, access, cable routes, risks, answers, photographs and named sign-off in a versioned record.
System design
Model PV, battery and EV equipment with explicit yield, tariffs and self-consumption assumptions. Import external designs without losing their source.
Savings and payback
Calculate indicative generation, bill savings, export value, payback and carbon savings. Every result shows its assumptions and human-review requirement.
Proposals and e-sign
Build options, deposits and payment milestones from the chosen design. Keep sent, viewed, accepted, declined and expired versions.
Commercial control
See pipeline value, conversion, deposits, invoices, costs, commitments, payments and recorded project margin from the underlying entries.
Grid to handover
Keep the equipment, visit and evidence trail together.
The approved design creates demand. Procurement shows what is required, ordered, delivered, installed and returned. Field evidence closes the relevant stage only after the named review.
DNO and export control
Organise G98 notification, G99 application and G100 export-limitation work with supply data, submissions, questions, decisions, conditions and source documents.
Procurement and serials
Turn the bill of materials into purchasing demand. Track supplier, PO, expected date, delivery variance, installation, returns and equipment serial numbers.
Scheduling and field work
Plan surveys, scaffold, deliveries, installations, commissioning and service visits with assigned people, job instructions, checklists and evidence.
MCS and handover control
Use reviewed requirements for design, installation, commissioning, DNO, MCS certificate, customer pack, warranties and MID registration. Completed handover evidence is locked.
Installed base and aftercare
The customer relationship does not end at commissioning.
Installed modules, inverters, batteries, chargers, meters and monitoring references keep their serials and warranty dates. A fault starts with the asset and complete project history already in view.
Installed assets
Keep equipment, capacity, serial number, installation date, warranty, monitoring reference and replacement history with the customer site.
Service and warranty
Triage faults, monitoring alerts, complaints, planned maintenance and warranty work with priority, owner, visit and resolution.
Integrations, API and MCP
Connect design and finance systems, accept webhooks, automate agent work and expose account-scoped records through governed REST and MCP tools.

Questions
Before you start
Does this replace our solar CRM and design software?
It replaces the operating CRM, pipeline, project delivery, scheduling, procurement, grid, compliance, finance and aftercare spreadsheets. You can design directly in the workspace or import from OpenSolar and EasyPV while keeping the approved design and assumptions with the project.
Can Raq.com decide whether a job is G98, G99 or G100?
No. It can suggest a route from the recorded supply and inverter values, then organise the documents and status. A competent person must confirm the route against ENA requirements and the relevant DNO process.
Does it certify an installation as MCS compliant?
No. It controls the checklist, evidence, reviewer and handover record. Certification, commissioning and technical sign-off remain with authorised competent people.
Can installers use it on site?
Yes. Assigned visits carry instructions, checklists, component demand and evidence requirements. Office staff see the same status and project history without chasing a separate field app.
What is included in the price?
The complete Solar Installer Workspace for up to 25 internal users, with unlimited customers, projects and installed assets. There is one plan, so DNO, procurement, compliance, service, API and MCP access are not held behind upgrades.
Can we import existing customers and projects?
Yes. We can map customer, opportunity, project, equipment and financial data, check duplicates and reconcile counts before it becomes the operating record. Original data and structured exports remain available.

Send us one current job and the systems used from enquiry to handover. We will identify what can be imported, where records split and which decisions still need a named person.
